The Commission releases information under the Freedom Of Information Act

The Commission recently released the following documents under the Freedom of Information Act.
However, some of the information has been exempt from disclosure under section 40 (2) of the Act (personal information belonging to a third party) by virtue of section 40(3)(a)(i), section 41 (information provided in confidence) and section 42 (1) (legal professional privilege).
